ForgetID Early Access Terms
These provisional terms support a controlled product test. They are not a substitute for final legal terms reviewed for every launch jurisdiction.
Authorization
The customer confirms that the protected profile belongs to them and authorizes ForgetID to use the supplied identity information to locate public records, prepare privacy requests, and verify outcomes.
Permitted use
The service may not be used to investigate another person, impersonate another person, obtain restricted data, bypass access controls, or submit false privacy requests.
No guaranteed removal
ForgetID documents and manages removal efforts but cannot guarantee that a third party will remove a record, that search results will disappear immediately, or that removed information will not reappear.
Customer action
Some platforms require the account holder to sign in, verify identity, or complete a provider-controlled form. ForgetID may mark those cases as customer action required.
Sensitive Exposure
Level 3 is restricted to adults protecting their own identity. Sensitive evidence is handled with additional access controls and requires human review before a removal request is sent.
Pilot limitations
The service may be paused, modified, or discontinued during the alpha. Final pricing, support levels, source coverage, retention rules, refund terms, and dispute procedures must be added before paid public launch.
